The standard machine of the fully automatic sheet winding machine can roll up to 500kilograms ofsheet material with a diameter not exceeding 800mm.Winding machines withlarger weight and diameter can also be customized. However,during the extrusion process,PET's hygroscopic properties may reduce product quality. The single-screw model has efficient vacuum exhaust capability. The biggest advantageovertwin-screwextrusion equipment is that the planetary exhaust screw combination structure effectivelyreduces the viscosity loss of PET resin and maintains the original toughness of the sheet.
